What we collect
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referral source, country-level location, device type). This data is anonymized and never linked to individual identity. You can opt out via your browser's "Do Not Track" setting or a GA opt-out browser extension.
Affiliate cookies
When you click an affiliate link on this site, the destination provider (Hostinger, Cloudways, Kinsta, DreamHost, etc.) may set a cookie to attribute your eventual signup to us. This cookie is set by the provider, not by us, and we never see your purchase details — only an anonymous "this came from our site" attribution.
Advertising
We may display ads served by Google AdSense in the future (subject to AdSense approval). Google may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads or via the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
What we don't do
- We do not run advertising trackers beyond Google Analytics 4 and (potentially) Google AdSense.
- We do not have a newsletter sign-up form, so we do not store your email.
- We do not sell, share, or rent any data.
- We do not use Facebook Pixel, X/Twitter pixel, or any third-party retargeting beyond Google's own ad network.
Cookies
We set:
_ga,_ga_*— Google Analytics 4 (anonymized session ID)- Affiliate cookies (set by destination provider when you click an outbound link)
- AdSense / DoubleClick cookies (when AdSense is active, set by Google)
Your rights
If you want any analytics data associated with your visits removed, email [email protected] and we will request removal from Google Analytics for the timeframe and country you specify.
